Shipping Cost: 

We may charge nominal shipping and handling fee for orders below threshold order value (required for free shipping) and will be shown at the time of checkout. The total shipping charge for your Order will be displayed once you proceed to check out. It is our aim to ship all items in your Order together, However, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. Also, there may be restrictions on accepting Orders for certain pin codes. Those orders will be cancelled if placed. However, we strive to deliver to all India Locations through our Courier Partners. Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single shipping address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you need to place multiple orders.

 In certain cases, due to poor customer history in relation to delivery rate and return rates, shipping fees may be charged irrespective of the order amount, which will be shown upfront at the time of checkout. Currently we are shipping only to Indian Pin codes.

Order Tracking and Delivery: 

You can track your order on our website and shipping details will be provided to you, so that you can track your order at courier partners site also for live tracking. Items will be delivered as soon as possible. 

Generally, it varies from 3- 10 working days (except few areas listed below) depends upon your location and other factors. Delivery may get delayed due to customer unavailability or incorrect or incomplete shipping address or providing wrong contact number for delivery (the courier person may or may not contact you before coming – it is beyond our control). 

Delivery to certain areas e.g., North Eastern states, J&K, Remote areas in Hills, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep Island etc. may have a longer delivery period due to lack of accessibility, poor weather conditions, security reasons etc. So please bear with us. Delivery may be hampered by unknown reasons also like strike, riots, floods, acts of God or any other reason which are beyond our control. In some cases, if are unable to deliver, we may cancel your order also.

We pack your ordered products in a completely discreet way due to nature of the product to protect your privacy. 

We do not put product name for products (like Lingerie), instead we write standardized HSN name and code of the product for invoice which is mandatory for Invoice. Gift Wrap: We offer optional gift wrap at a Nominal fee will be intimated at checkout page.
