In case, If You are not happy with the product, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. The color of the product may differ slightly due to lighting conditions during photography. However, we try to display product as close to actual as possible. In some products it is written “assorted color” which means color of the product may change in the pack. For e.g. A pack of 3 panties may display “red”, “black”, “orange” on website’s product page but you receive “Black”, “Maroon”, “Sky blue” in the pack you ordered for yourself. This is generally applicable to “pack of items” which is meant for regular use. It will be specially written on the product page. All others products will be processed as per color displayed or mentioned on product page as it is.

 Please note due to intimate nature of some products as in case of lingerie items “underwear” category (Panties, Thongs, G-strings, Hipsters, Disposables, Pantyhose, Bodystocking {lace/net/mesh type}), special use products and all other styles (not mentioned here) that fall under “underwear” category are “Non-Returnable” due to intimate nature of products and hygiene concerns. 

Thus, we have right to reject refund due to hygiene reasons for few products. All other products (except products listed above) may be considered for returns satisfying few conditions: 

(a) The order quantity/size punched by You is in excess quantities/wrong size that you require, made erroneously. 

(b) The Product must be with tags (as in case of receipt) and original packing. 

(c) We are convinced about the genuineness of the return.

 (d) Order must be cancelled by You on same day of order placement in case of clause (a) mentioned above. 

(e) Order must not have shipped before cancellation.

For cancellation/return/exchange:

Please use contact us page. In case of return or exchange request for the same may be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order. Requests received later will not be considered for returns and exchange. The exchange depends upon the availability of the stock and is not binding on us. However, we make best and genuine efforts to exchange if situations permit us to do so. Products purchased for reselling/whole sale rates will not be returned/exchanged/refunded.

The Refund will be processed (not limited) within 3-10 days depends on payment service provider as the case may be.
